Documentation & Filing Requirements

What are the correct required documents to file?

  • Current photo ID or DL (not expired)
  • Social Security cards for taxpayer and dependents
  • W2 and all other supporting documents (no last pay stubs)
  • 1095-A Marketplace insurance form (if applicable)
  • 1098-T school tuition form (if applicable)
  • IP PIN (if applicable)
  • Mortgage interest form (if applicable)
  • Childcare documentation (if applicable)
